CONDENSATE POT

Application
– The condensate pot is used to prevent damage to the instrument (measurement device) from hazardous fluids when measuring the pressure and flow rate of hazardous fluids (high temperature, hazardous toxic gases, etc.) in the piping line.
– Pipe flow, fluid pressure measurement, condensate pot function
– Use of fossil fuels and condensate from nuclear power plants, offshore and offshore, semiconductors, and chemical plants
– Surge accumulators or reaction vessels

Features
– Maximum working pressure is 10150 psig (700 bar).
– Volume varies from 200 to 3785 cm (1 gal) sizes.
– 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 NPT female connections are available.
– Seamless stainless pipe body provides consistent wall thickness, size and capacity.
– Condensate pot(seal pot) inlet end is 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 female NPT connections.
– Heavy wall end connections provide strength and are flaring-resistant.
– 304L and 316L stainless steel materials resist and capable of passing intergranular corrosion test.
– Provides safety according to hot spinning molding in the manufacturing process

Pressure Ratings
The pressure ratings for SMGI condensate pots are in accordance with the EC-type,kgs-type,normal examination for the products.

Working Temperature Rang :
– 58 to 217 (-50 to 150 )

Cleaning and Packaging
All SMGI condensate pots are cleaned and packaged in accordance with standard cleaning procedures. If special requirement for your project is required, additional treatment can be reflected as per agreement before ordering.

Numbering
Ordering numbers of SMGI Compliant sampling cylinders include a -PD designator.
