Manually Actuated Multi-Turn Subsea Gate Valves Datasheet

Overview
Suitable for Remote Operating Vehicle (ROV) usage, our Manually Actuated Subsea Gate Valves have been used extensively by our customers worldwide for projects both small and large in size. Commonly found on Oil, Gas and Petrochemical projects, we offer both Multi-Turn gate valves and Half-Turn gate valves, offering a truly uninterrupted process flow through the valve and low operating torques.
We thoroughly test and qualify each ROV gate valve to different pressure ratings and water depths. With a maximum pressure rating of 15,000 PSI (1,034 bar) and a maximum water depth of up to 10,000ft (3,050m), our Manually Actuated Subsea Gate Valves are rated as a high performer within subsea applications and throughout the industry.

Product Features
Position Indication
The Oliver Valvetek multi-turn manual gate valve is operated through 7 1/2 turns, indicating the operational valve position via indicator pins or via a position indicator receptacle if connected to the multi turn gate valves upper stem drive connector.

Low Operating Torque
The Multi-Turn Manual Gate Valve has a typical Normal Operating Torque of 60ft-lbf [80Nm] with a Torque to Damage 214ft-lbf [290Nm].

Panel Mountable or Block Mountable
The valve can be provided with a wide range of operators and receptacles designed to fit the ROV panel.

Uninterrupted flow passage through the valve
While positioned on fully open, our manual subsea gate valves provide clear through bore with minimum restrictions on flow.
