บริษัท แอสทิวท์ โซลูชั่น จำกัด เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายแต่งตั้งจากบริษัทชั้นนำ ทางด้าน Instrumentation and Piping
ก่อตั้งโดย คุณสมศักดิ์ สมภพสกุล จดทะเบียนเมื่อวันที่ 19 กรกฎาคม 2543 กลุ่มลูกค้าหลักของบริษัทฯ เป็นกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม กลั่นน้ำมัน ปิโตรเคมี ก๊าซธรรมชาติ โรงผลิตไฟฟ้า อุตสาหกรรมกระดาษ อุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ เหมืองแร่ บำบัดน้ำเสีย เซมิคอนดักเตอร์
ต่อมาในปี 2547 บริษัทฯ จึงได้เปิดสาขาที่จังหวัดระยอง ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการตอบสนองความต้องการสินค้า และบริการของลูกค้าในภูมิภาคตะวันออกได้สะดวก และรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น
แผนงานในอนาคต
บริษัท แอสทิวท์ โซลูชั่น จำกัด มีนโยบายที่จะเพิ่มศักยภาพด้านการจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อเอื้อประโยชน์ให้
กับการบริการแบบครบวงจรให้กับลูกค้า อีกทั้งยังได้จัดโครงสร้าง และผังองค์กรซึ่งแบ่งสายงานการบังคับบัญชา และอำนาจหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบที่ชัดเจน มีแผนในการพัฒนาบุคลากร และการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยจัดอบรมพนักงานในด้านสินค้า และการจัดทำเอกสารขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละแผนก มีการเสนอการพัฒนาขั้นตอนของแผนเป็นระยะๆ เพื่อจะได้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยอ้างอิง ระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001 และสรุปจัดทำเป็นเอกสารขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานของแต่ละแผนก ทั้งนี้เพื่อส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริการที่ได้มาตรฐาน เพื่อลูกค้าคนสำคัญของเรา

Astute Solution Co., Ltd. is the authorized distributor of Instrumentation and Piping Products,
established by Mr.Somsak Somphopsakul, registered on July 19th 2000. We supply to various industries such as Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, CNG, LNG, Power Generation, Pulp & Paper, Automotive, Mining, Water Treatment, Semiconductor.
We have opened Rayong Branch since 2004 which located in Maptaput, Rayong in order to be
service center for all our customers. Therefore we can provide a better, faster and more convenience for services and products to customers.
Future Plan
Astute Solution Co., Ltd. has a policy to increase abilities in supplying related products in order to support as one stop service to our customers. We also set up company structure and organization chart to clearly define responsibility and authority for our staffs. We plan to do the continuous improvement both in personnel and company.
We train our employees in product knowledge and doing the documented procedure in each
department in order that they can perform the job effectively. We plan to review and approve the
documented procedures by following the standard quality management system ISO 9001 just to provide the best service to our customers.
