Overview

Safe, effective and reliable, valves from Hydcovalves are available in a range of sizes and pressure classes to meet customer and application requirements. Valves are offered to meet applications such as amine scrubbing or carbon dioxide transportation. Engineered valve solutions to meet the demands of amine absorption carbon capture using solvents such as monoethanolamine (MEA) are available at competitive prices.

Our pipeline valves are available in single block or double block and bleed configurations, in sizes between 1″ and 18″. They are ideally suited to applications such as C02 transportation where reliable leak-tight isolation and low maintenance solutions are required.

For Subsea sequestration of carbon dioxide, Hydcovalves can offer over 20 years of experience in designing and supplying high-performance small bore valves. 1/4” and 1/2” needle valves with working pressures up to 15,000 psi (1000 bar) and 3/8″ and 1/2” trunnion ball valves qualified using polymeric lip seals forms part of the product range.

Our through conduit slab gate valves have been qualified to API 17D in sizes from 3/8″ to 1″ full bore in hydraulic actuation and manual operation configurations. Field-proven technology with TRL levels of 7, our gate valves are available from 3/8″ to 1″ full bore with working pressures up to 20,000psi (1380 bar). Utilising the sealing technology from our slab gate valves, Hydcovalves offers compact, reliable metal-to-metal sealing Rotary Gate Valves in 3/8″ and 1/2” bore sizes with working pressures up to 15,000psi (1000bar).

All of Hydcovalves sub-sea range are qualified to industry standards and tested in-house to water depths of up to 3000m.
