Pre Insulated Heated Hose is a specially designed solution for maintaining the temperature of gas or liquid flow process lines. It consists of a process tube, with a heating cable wrapped around it for efficient heating. To enhance thermal efficiency, a heat reflecting aluminum foil is wrapped over the heating cable. The aluminum foil is then covered with required thermal insulation, ensuring optimal insulation performance. To provide a uniform surface and secure the insulation, a tape is wrapped over the thermal insulation. This construction is further protected by a Polyvinyl cover. The above construction is covered by a Polyvinylchloride (PVC) / Polyurethane (PU) Jacket. End caps are fixed while making water proof sealing.
